Synopsis: ANZ200-100930- 348 PM EST Sun Dec 9 2018 .Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters... High pres shifts east of the waters tonight. A coastal low will strengthen off the mid Atlc coast and track well southeast of Nantucket on Mon while high pres over Quebec builds south over New England. Ocean effect flurries are possible Mon across the waters surrouding Cape Cod and Nantucket. High pres returns over the waters Tue through Thu. Ocean effect snow bands will develop across the eastern Massachusetts waters Tue night and Wed. The high will shift east Fri and be trailed by low pres moving across the waters this weekend.
